Service:

We are a full service roofing company equipped to address any roofing needs for our residential and commercial customers. We work on all types of roofs including: Composition, Stone Coated Steel, Custom Standing Seam Roof Systems, Wood, Synthetic Slate and Synthetic Wood. More for commercial properties such as: TPO Systems and Modified Bitumen Systems. We offer more than ONLY roof replacement. Sometimes the roof just needs a little “tune up”. Titan Roofing can help get the maximum life out of your roofing system by simply addressing any areas that could cause potential leaks (i.e. sealing all penetrations, replacing rubber boot vents with lead vent flashing, sealing or replacing chimney and skylight flashings or even replacing a few damaged shingles). It is a good idea to have your roof inspected once a year to ensure the integrity of the roof.

Insurance Claim Assistance:

The general process to make an insurance claim is as follows :

  1. Contact Titan Roofing to evaluate your roof for damage PRIOR to calling your insurance company.
  2. Once damage has been established – it is time to contact your insurance company.
  3. Let us know when you have been assigned a claims adjuster and when he/she is scheduled to come out to inspect your home. In most cases we can meet your assigned adjuster and ensure that you are getting a fair deal from your insurance company. If we are unable to meet with your adjuster we are more than happy to review your itemized explanation of your insurance claim to make sure they have covered all details.
  4. If needed at this point the adjuster can authorize any immediate repairs that may be needed to minimize any further damage to your property. We provide a receipt for your insurance company can reimburse you for these types of immediate repairs.

Note : Not all processes go so smoothly. Just remember we are here to help in any way we can. We are just a phone call away. This service is free to you.

A few tips when it comes to dealing with your insurance company and choosing your roofing contractor :

  1. No permanent repairs should be completed prior to your insurance adjuster inspecting the damage.
  2. PICTURES! PICTURES! PICTURES! They are worth a thousand words. It is always a great idea to take pictures of damage. When taking pictures make sure you get a broad view as well to show the area where the damage as occurred.
  3. Insurance companies ask that you get at least 3 bids on the work that is to be performed. You do not have to do this if you already know what roofing contractor you want to use. They often have hopes that you will choose the lowest bid. Your deductible does not change according to your bid. You should never sacrifice quality for the lowest bid. Think of it as if you were in a car accident. Your insurance company does not tell you where to take your vehicle to have your repairs completed. Your deductible is the same no matter where you take it. It is the same principle with your roof.
  4. BUYER BEWARE – Of contractors who do not have an office and use a PO Box for an address. In some cases this may indicate a “fly by night company”. Here today and gone tomorrow when there is a problem. Roof replacement and even repairs can be very costly. Don’t find yourself in an even more costly bind when additional work has to be done to fix these kinds of problems. * Note – In most cases the cost is out of your pocket not the insurance company. We have a local office you can come visit us at Monday – Friday.
  5. Does the company you are considering carry insurance? It is not required to carry insurance unless you are doing commercial work. But it is a wise decision to use an insured company.
